We came together in Indianapolis for our annual WestPoint Rally, uniting more than 300 members of our WestPoint team to celebrate our people, our progress, and the culture of excellence that continues to move us forward.
This year’s gathering was especially meaningful as we celebrated the lasting impact of our Managing Partner, Greg McRoberts, and the vision that has helped shape WestPoint into the community we are today. His leadership has created a culture where incredible people come together, expand what’s possible for one another, and make a difference in the communities we serve.
Our WestPoint Rally was a reminder that our greatest strength has always been our people. Together, we’re continuing to build on what makes WestPoint special as we look ahead to all that’s possible.
