Are there any out-of-pocket costs for training or licensing?
We invest in your success from day one. The firm provides your study materials at no cost, reimburses you for every exam you pass, and rewards your progress. When you complete your Life & Health, SIE, and Series 7 and 66 exams within your first full contract year, you’ll earn a $3,000 bonus as a recognition of your achievement.
Do I need prior finance experience?
No experience is needed to join the WestPoint team. We offer comprehensive training and development that covers licensing, product training, and practice development. Get the support and information you need to build a successful independent practice.
How is compensation structured for entry-level advisors?
Financial advisors are usually compensated in one of three ways: through commissions on products they sell, a percentage of the assets they manage for clients, or flat planning fees. Your earnings are directly tied to the clients you serve and the value you provide, giving you the potential for both flexibility and growth as you build your practice.
How do I find my first clients?
At WestPoint, you don’t have to navigate the process alone. Our firm will assist you with new client acquisition, including marketing and administrative support, mentoring and coaching, and more. Including a 6 week pre-training consultation for building out your natural market.
