Vince Silva is a Partner and Wealth Management Advisor who co-founded WestPoint Capital in 2020. He brings more than a decade of experience in financial services, working with individuals, families, and businesses to develop strategies that integrate investments, insurance, and retirement income considerations.
Vince’s interest in financial services began at a young age, inspired by the positive impact his own family’s financial advisor had on their lives. He graduated from Carthage College in 2009 with a double major in Finance and Business Administration and a minor in Economics. Vince started his career as an intern with Northwestern Mutual, where he earned recognition as Intern Advisor of the Year. He later joined Hoopis Group, advancing to Vice President, before launching WestPoint Capital.
He holds the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) designation and the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation, as well as FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 registrations. Vince is also an active member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU).
Vince and his wife, Sarah, live in Chicago with their two children, Adam and Blair. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, wake surfing, skiing, hunting, and volunteering with their church and other organizations in the city.
