Tracey has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, dedicating her career to cultivating leaders who excel in recruiting, training, developing, and retaining top-tier advisors. Her extensive expertise has enabled her to successfully scale individual advisor practices and teams, leadership units, office locations, and broader regional territories.
Originally from the mountains of Colorado, she now resides in Indianapolis, Indiana, with her husband, Kyle. In her free time, Tracey enjoys running, hiking—albeit on flatter terrain than she’s used to—reading, and playing with her Boston Terrier, Bogey.
