Richard Schechter brings a strong background in economics, leadership, and financial services to his role at WestPoint Financial Group. He earned his degree in Economics from Lake Forest College and has held senior positions throughout his career, including serving as President of Olom Financial Inc. and Executive Vice President of Gottlieb Holdings LLC.
Richard applies his industry knowledge and business management experience to help clients develop strategies in areas such as investment advisory services, wealth management programs, insurance, and estate planning. His approach is centered on creating thoughtful, customized solutions designed to support the unique needs of individuals, families, and business owners.
In addition to his professional work, Richard serves on the board of the 1335 Astor Building Corporation and volunteers with the Illinois Holocaust Museum and Education Center.
