Prior to joining WestPoint Financial Group, Paola built an extensive career in business development and multicultural initiatives. She served as a Manager of Multicultural Initiatives for one of the nation’s largest tax preparation organizations, overseeing initiatives across 12 Midwestern states and developing relationships with businesses, professionals, and community organizations throughout the region. She later served for many years as Director of Business Development and Marketing for a CPA firm, where she contributed to the firm’s growth and expanded its presence through strategic partnerships, marketing, client development, and an extensive professional network. These roles provided her with valuable exposure to the varied needs, priorities and opportunities facing individuals, entrepreneurs, businesses, and diverse communities.
A longtime advocate for insurance education, professional development, and community engagement, Paola has been recognized for her leadership, professionalism, and service to the community. Her extensive network spans the business, financial, nonprofit, civic, and community sectors, allowing her to connect people and resources while building trusted, long-term relationships. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Paola is especially passionate about making financial education more accessible and empowering individuals and families from diverse backgrounds to approach their futures with greater knowledge and confidence.
