Nikki is the Chief Marketing Officer at WestPoint. Nikki has been with WPFG for ten years and has more than fifteen years of experience in the marketing and event industry. She has been a strategic partner in the promotion of the firm and development of its culture.
Nikki graduated from The Ohio State University in 2007 and began her corporate career designing marketing materials for an insurance company. In 2011, she resigned from her position and launched her own business, Pomp & Polish. P&P is a full-service graphic design company that works with the client and the event production team to develop an exceptional experience with custom branding and messaging that is cohesive and intentional.
Nikki uses her unique marketing approach to create a focused, strategic direction using compelling design and captivating storytelling. Her vision and leadership have guided many of
the firm’s biggest events and special initiatives, including the annual Gala, high-end client experiences, and Firm Meetings. Perhaps most notably, Nikki designed the new WestPoint logo unveiled in February 2020, and she continues to craft the ongoing narrative of the brand. Nikki uses her unique skillset to advance marketing initiatives, including advisor and client experiences, internal and external messaging, as well as evolving the firm’s online presence.
Nikki’s work has been featured in several prestigious publications including HOWDesign, WeddingDay Magazine and Borrowed & Blue. She has received awards for branding and suite design from the Association of Bridal Consultants and FiberMark.
In her free time, Nikki enjoys spending time with her husband, Chuck, and their children, Parker and Oliver. She loves reading, running, traveling, and cheering on her boys in hockey and basketball.
