As a Campus and Early Careers Consultant, Nicole’s (Nikki) career has been built around campus recruitment where she focuses on identifying, engaging, and developing top student talent, and has built a strong track record of connecting early careers talent to meaningful career opportunities.
In her current role, she partners closely with firm leaders to design and execute campus recruiting strategies, facilitate internship programming, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from first interaction through onboarding. Known for her proactive and relationship driven approach, Nikki has established herself as a trusted resource for both sales managers and students navigating the start of their careers.
Nikki grew up in Bloomingdale, Illinois, and now resides in the LakeView neighborhood of Chicago. She has dogs, and in her spare time, she volunteers with the Shiba Inu Rescue Association as a volunteer transporter and foster home and loves to explore the city and its’ restaurants.
