Nikki Barone
Prior to WestPoint, Nikki made significant strides in campus recruiting at West Monroe Consulting and Northwestern Mutual over the last 8 years in Chicago. A proud Bloomingdale native now residing in Chicago, she graduated with a degree in Integrated Marketing and Communications with a focus on Professional Sales from Illinois State University.
In her downtime, Nikki loves immersing herself in Chicago’s culture, attending festivals, museums, and exploring its architecture and history. She finds joy in lakeside walks with her two furry companions, Gatsby and Henry, and generously contributes her time to the Shiba Inu Rescue Association, aiding dogs in need. Nikki’s ethos centers on leaving a positive imprint on the world through her life and work.
