Nick Gardner is a Financial Advisor with WestPoint Financial Group. He helps families and business owners protect what they’ve built, grow it wisely, and turn it into durable retirement income—delivering integrated protection planning, wealth management, and retirement income strategies. Relationship-first and plain-spoken, Nick is known for clear communication and unwavering loyalty to his clients.
A Butler University graduate (B.A., Journalism) and four-year letter winner in men’s basketball, Nick is entering his 20th season (2025–26) as the broadcast color commentator for Butler men’s basketball. He began his professional career at his family’s business, B.H. Gardner Company, Inc., and later served as Vice President of Sales at Fitness Flooring, Inc., before joining WestPoint.
Committed to community, Nick serves on the program committee for the Joel Cornette Foundation and love lending a hand with anything at Hinkle Fieldhouse. On weekends, if he’s not in a client meeting or behind a microphone, check the nearest gym—he’s likely keeping the scorebook or pitching in wherever needed at one of the many youth sporting events on his family calendar. He and his wife, Terren, live in Indianapolis with their three sons: David, Connor, and Teddy.
