Financial security is something many strive to achieve throughout their lives, and Micah LeMoine’s goal as a Partner is to guide clients toward that confidence through proactive and tax-intelligent strategies. Whether focused on personal, family, or business needs, Micah helps clients identify their goals, develop tailored strategies, and begin building lasting financial stability. His approach emphasizes education, collaboration, and long-term relationships built on trust and clear communication.
Before joining WestPoint Financial Group, Micah began his relationship with Northwestern Mutual—as a client. Through that experience, he discovered his passion for helping others achieve financial success and transitioned into a career in financial services. In addition to his work as an advisor, he served as Director of Internship Development for Northwestern Mutual Greater Peoria, where he mentored and trained college interns pursuing careers in financial planning.
Micah remains deeply connected to his community, taking a special interest in supporting Peoria Public Schools alongside his business partner, Douglas Shannon. He and his wife, Matti, married in 2015 after meeting during their college years—Matti attended Methodist School of Nursing, while Micah studied at Illinois State University, where he played tennis on scholarship.
Originally from Urbana, Illinois, Micah and Matti now live in Peoria Heights with their son, Shaffer. In his free time, Micah enjoys playing tennis and pickleball, hiking, biking, and spending time outdoors with his family.
