Melissa serves as the Site Manager for our Lisle office, helping create a welcoming and organized experience for clients and visitors while supporting the day-to-day needs of the office.
She graduated from the University of Kansas with bachelor’s degrees in English and Journalism. Melissa began her career as a writer and editor before transitioning into content marketing and strategy for a small business website. As a content strategist, she managed the payment processing category and developed expertise in fintech. She also gained experience in pension administration before joining WestPoint Financial Group.
Outside of work, Melissa enjoys cooking, sewing, and playing board games and tabletop games, including Dungeons & Dragons. She is also a proud cat owner to Sabrina.
