Marcia is the Office Manager and Agency Licensing Officer based in the Cincinnati office. Marcia was born and raised in the “Queen City”. She brings a unique blend of chemistry know-how and a creative touch to her role as Site Manager. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, she majored in Chemistry (yes, she’s a proud science nerd!), but her professional journey has been anything but formulaic. After spending 17 years as a chemical lab tech, she managed a physician’s office for 14 years and even taught elementary students as a substitute teacher for 5 years – a job she jokes prepared her for every career move since.
When she’s not keeping things running smoothly at the office, Marcia loves diving into her hobbies: sewing, crafting, or creating beautiful gift baskets. She also has a knack for color-coordinating anything she can get her hands on!
Whether it’s managing an office or crafting the perfect gift basket, Marcia approaches everything she does with a creative and energetic spirit.
