As Director of Firm Events, Maddie leads the planning and execution of firm-wide events and meetings, while also consulting with financial professionals across our firm to support client-facing events. As a member of the marketing team, Maddie is dedicated to creating impactful experiences that foster connection and growth.
Maddie earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Communication from Indiana University in 2016, with minors in Journalism and Telecommunications. She began her career as a Senior Event Manager at Solution Tree, where she organized professional development conferences for K–12 educators nationwide.
In August 2020, Maddie earned her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation, underscoring her commitment to excellence in event planning. She is passionate about building relationships and creating meaningful experiences through events.
