Lucas Amell
Lucas Amell is a Financial Planner with WestPoint Financial Group. He provides objective and customized retirement, investment, estate planning, and insurance strategies to help meet the financial needs of his clients. He works closely with families to help them define their goals, develop and implement a strategy, and regularly assess the progress.
Lucas is a graduate of Carroll University. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Investments. He then went on to earn his FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses as well as WI Life/Health/Long Term Care appointments.
Prior to joining WestPoint Financial Group, Lucas worked as a Tax Professional as well as the Director of Financial Operations for a local financial services practice. His diverse background and dedication to lifelong learning is valued greatly by his clients and associates.
He is a member of the Friends of Wehr Nature Center, serving on their board of directors since 2017. He says that Wehr “is a perfect blend of the things I’m passionate about – Nature, Education, and Community.”
He frequently volunteers his time to help with Wehr’s community events and serves as the Chairman for their largest annual fundraiser – Cider Sunday.
In his free time, Lucas can be found Hiking, Camping, Kayaking, Snowboarding, Reading, Making Videos, Volunteering, Taking Photos, Traveling, Biking, Exercising, Painting, Playing Piano, or Cooking. He says “It all depends on the weather.”
