Lou Cassara has more than four decades of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in strategies for entrepreneurs, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals and families. He has worked with hundreds of closely held businesses and families across the United States, focusing on education, organization, and long-term planning strategies.
In addition to his client work, Lou is the founder of The Cassara Clinic, a professional development and executive coaching organization for financial services professionals. He is also a recognized author, speaker, and consultant to clients and trusted advisors. Lou holds the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designations and is a Top of the Table member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT®)*.
Since beginning his career in 1982, Lou has become known for his collaborative approach and commitment to helping clients evaluate and implement strategies that reflect their goals and priorities.
Lou resides in Orland Park, IL, and is the proud father of three children—Stefanie, Anthony, and Danielle—and grandfather to five. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as golfing, fishing, reading, and gardening.
