Junior Coleman is a Senior Partner with WestPoint Financial Group. He is known for delivering high-quality service to clients while also excelling as a top producer, mentor, and leader within the financial services profession. Whether supporting individuals, families, or fellow financial professionals, Junior is committed to providing the tools, resources, and guidance needed to strengthen financial literacy and promote long-term financial success.
Prior to joining WestPoint Financial Group, Junior served as Growth and Development Director at Northwestern Mutual. During his tenure, he led and developed a team of financial professionals and achieved notable recognition, including ranking as the #1 agent in the Southern Wisconsin Network in both 2020 and 2021. He also became the first Black agent in the history of the Northwestern Mutual Southern Wisconsin Network to qualify for Lives Leader.
Junior is an active member of the 100 Black Men of Madison, Inc., where he contributes to community leadership and youth development. He also volunteers as a coach for the Blondes vs. Brunettes Association in support of Alzheimer’s awareness and fundraising.
Outside the office, Junior enjoys spending time with his wife, Alaina, and their two children, Aceyn and Gia. He is also an avid golfer who looks forward to improving his game each summer.
