Josh Plank is co-Managing Partner of WestPoint Financial Group, the largest firm at MassMutual. Together with Lead Managing Partner Greg McRoberts and co-Managing Partner Paul Tokarz, Josh manages all aspects of the firm. WestPoint’s national reach includes 400 advisors and 80 staff members. Prior to becoming co-Managing Partner, Josh was recognized by GAMA International for outstanding leadership in the financial services industry. He was also named MassMutual’s Sales Manager of the Year*, the highest honor among all Sales Managers.
Josh joined WestPoint Financial Group in 2002 upon earning a degree in Finance from Butler University. Looking back on the early years of his practice, he acknowledges how much effort it took to establish a firm foundation. But like many successful entrepreneurs, he was motivated by a vision and put in the necessary time to get his business off to a strong start. The experience gives Josh a personal connection to the business owners whom he counts as clients today.
Originally a native of Knightstown, Indiana Josh and his wife, Erin, reside in Zionsville, Indiana with their four daughters. Josh is a loyal fan of the Butler Bulldogs and doesn’t miss a basketball game.
