John Negovetich
John Negovetich is a Financial Advisor with Wela Financial. He is a native Chicagoan that has been in the financial services industry since 2001. With experience in retail and wholesale mortgage lending, consumer credit counseling and investment advisory, he has a multifaceted approach to personal finances.
John attended college at St. Joseph’s College in Renssalaer, Indiana as a legacy following in the footsteps of his father, uncle, cousin, and great uncle who was a professor in the music department. John is married to his wife Meriann and has two grown children in college, Alyssa and Alex, studying social work and music composition.
In John’s free time he enjoys outdoor sports like kayaking, hiking and biking. He also loves playing guitar and restoring antique or weathered guitars. John enjoys volunteer financial coaching through his church and has been a volunteer leader for financial ministries. He helped update and appears in the video series, Freed-Up Financial Living released by Willow Creek parachurch ministry, Good $ense Movement.
