As Director of Development, John works closely with new financial professionals during their training to help them establish strong habits and build a solid foundation for their financial practices. Following training, he leads group development meetings and provides one-on-one coaching to guide professionals through their early years in the industry.
John has been with WestPoint Financial Group and MassMutual since 2015 and brings more than two decades of experience to the financial services profession, which he entered in 2000. His passion lies in coaching others, fostering growth, and making a meaningful impact on the lives and careers of those he mentors.
John lives in Chicago’s Logan Square with his wife, Eva, their daughter, Gigi, and their dog, Kobe. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, working out, traveling, and attending sporting events.
