Under his leadership, the firm has experienced significant growth by focusing on highly customized, technically sound strategies that create measurable financial impact for clients.
Eddie built his career on a disciplined, performance-driven approach to financial services. Since entering the industry in 2013, he has consistently operated at the highest levels of production and advisory leadership, developing a reputation for solving complex planning challenges that require both technical precision and strategic vision. His work today centers around Bank-Owned Life Insurance (BOLI), executive benefit design, and maximally tested and funded qualified retirement plan strategies that drive substantial tax efficiency and long-term capital optimization.
Throughout his career, Eddie has distinguished himself as a top performer within nationally recognized financial institutions. After beginning at Principal Financial Group, he became a leading financial professional at The Guardian Life Insurance Company and Lifetime Financial Group, qualifying for Leaders Club from 2015–2019. As a Partner at WestPoint Financial Group, a MassMutual firm, he has qualified for Leaders Conference (2020–2025), Blue Chip Council (2021–2025), and Top of Council (2025). He is also a member of the Million Dollar Round Table (Top of the Table), Finseca and NAIFA.
Today, Eddie works directly with CEOs, CFOs, boards of directors, and managing partners to design institutionally aligned planning strategies that strengthen Tier 1 capital, enhance after-tax yield, create multi-six and seven-figure deductions through advanced qualified plan design, and improve long-term succession and executive retention outcomes. A graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Political Science, Eddie has built his firm around long-term relationships, disciplined execution, and scalable impact. His mission is to help clients create enduring financial structures that support both current performance and generational continuity.
Outside of his professional life, Eddie enjoys spending time with his wife, Madison, and their three children, Freddie, Isabella, and Juliana. He is passionate about travel, attending Columbus Blue Jacket and Cleveland Browns games, and lastly creating meaningful experiences with family and friends.
