Derek DeCicco serves as the Controller bringing over a decade of experience in accounting, payroll, and professional services. At WestPoint, he oversees staff and advisor payrolls, agency payables and receivables, and advisor compensation and billing inquiries.
Before joining WestPoint in 2020, he led financial operations for multi-location businesses, streamlining payroll systems and enhancing internal controls across large teams. Derek earned his B.A. in Accounting and Business Administration from Augustana College and has held his Certified Public Accountant license since 2018.
When he’s not diving into spreadsheets, Derek enjoys cheering on the Chicago Cubs and spending quality time with his wife, kids, and their golden retriever.
