Colie Masur
As Training Manager, Colie Masur and her team are responsible for creating, implementing, and supervising the initial and ongoing training program for new advisors. She is integral in the onboarding process ensuring advisors have all the foundation and tools needed to have a successful and quick start in this career. Colie has been with MassMutual since 2014 and loves her work, but what she enjoys the most is seeing the advisors she works with succeed and reach their vision and goals.
Colie is Life and Health licensed and is an accredited Certified Training Director through IACET. In addition to training, Colie loves making a positive impact on her client’s lives. Colie went to college at the University of Montana in Missoula. She loves volunteering regularly at Ronald McDonald House, The Greater Chicago Food Depository, and fundraising for PAWS Chicago with her fellow charity club members.
Colie and her husband, Drew, have two sons, Judah and Willem, and reside in Deerfield, IL. Born and raised in Montana, Colie still loves the great outdoors. She enjoys camping, hiking, skiing and being at the lake with her family. She is also a dog mom to Australian Kelpie rescue, Lucy, and Raul the Pug.
