As Director of Training, Colie Masur is responsible for creating, implementing, and supervising the initial and ongoing learning program for new financial advisors joining WestPoint Financial Group. She is integral in the onboarding process ensuring advisors have the required tools and foundation to successfully launch their career. Colie has been with MassMutual since 2014 and WestPoint Financial Group since 2020 and loves her work. What she enjoys the most is seeing the advisors she works with succeed and reach their goals and vision in business and in their personal life.
Colie is an accredited Certified Training Director through IACET and Life and Health licensed. In addition to training, Colie loves making a positive impact on her clients’ lives. Colie went to college at the University of Montana in Missoula.
She and her husband have two sons and live in the northern suburbs of Chicago. She is also a mom to two rescue dogs, Lucy and Leo. In her time outside of the office, Colie enjoys working out, playing racquet sports, and traveling with her family.
