Carrie Serocki serves as the Director of Information Systems, overseeing the Agency Technology Specialist Team and Practice Development Team to ensure utilization of MassMutual’s latest technology. Responsibilities include managing the ATS and PDS teams, conducting regular meetings and communications, leading special projects like office moves and mergers, responding promptly to cyber threats, educating users on cybersecurity best practices, and driving practice integration of business technology tools through planning, training, and reporting activities.
Carrie is a graduate of MATC with an Associate of Applied Science in Business Management, where she developed expertise in strategic planning, financial analysis, and project management. She also holds her Life and Health Licenses in Wisconsin.
Prior to joining WestPoint Financial Group, Carrie served as the Business Development Director for Financial Solutions Group. A team player with a focus on growth, Carrie’s skills have also allowed her to serve as a Business Resource Facilitator and Marketing Director. Carrie has been a MassMutual Leaders Conference Qualifier as part of the management team in 2008-2011, 2014 and 2015.
In her free time, Carrie enjoys spending time with her friends and family, including husband, Kevin, and children Angel and Austin. Together, they love to travel and go camping. Carrie likes to stay active and can often be found playing volleyball, participating in her bowling league, gardening, crafting, baking or cooking.
