“So much of what I do extends beyond what many people think a financial advisor does.”
People choose to work with Andy because he connects them with what they care about and the resources to be able to help protect and grow them. Andy takes the time to learn about his clients, their families and businesses so that he can understand how to effectively utilize his knowledge, resources and network in order to to help reduce their biggest risks and leverage their largest opportunities. This gives Andy’s clients the clarity and confidence to move forward to achieve their goals.
Andy and his wife, Lourdes, chose Oak Park, IL to raise their family over twenty-five years ago. Since then, they have utilized Montessori, public and private education as well as four-year universities and trade schools to help their three children build on their talents and passions to launch them into adult life. Andy has also helped his only sister navigate a cancer diagnosis the last few years… also working closely with her to get the best care for their aging parents so they could live their final years with dignity.
These kinds of life experiences… along with other family and friends enlisting his financial advice… called Andy to start his holistic financial services practice after a twenty year career in the futures and options industry.
Andy graduated with a BBA in Finance from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas, where he also met Lourdes. Andy holds his series 6, 63 and 65 securities licenses as well as life, health, long-term care and disability insurance licenses. He continues to learn and attain industry accreditations to make his practice as comprehensive as possible.
Andy supports his community through the OPRF Chamber of Commerce and volunteering with Housing Forward and the Frank Lloyd Wright Home and Studio. When his children were younger, he developed many long-term friendships by serving on their elementary school’s Parent Teacher Organization… the last two years as President.
Outside of family time, Andy spends as much time as he can seeing live local music, cooking and gardening… and if you ever want to talk about the Green Bay Packers, Andy is your guy!
