Andrea Wiegand has always been a planner at heart. From organizing youth group activities and detailed family vacations growing up, to hosting cultural travel nights as an adult, Andrea thrives on bringing structure and purpose to every experience. “Having a well-thought-out strategy makes day-to-day life easier—and leaves more time for fun,” she says.
After graduating from Illinois State University in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree, Andrea began her career with WestPoint Financial Group. In 2023, she earned her Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designation, further deepening her expertise. Today, Andrea specializes in working with professional women, pre-retirees and retirees, as well as residents and physicians, helping them make the most of their time, energy, and financial potential.
“I believe putting the right strategies in place early on can make a profound difference. Choosing to do nothing is, in itself, a very real decision,” she explains. Andrea helps empower her clients to take small, consistent steps toward long-term goals—knowing that those steps can lead to major impact. Through engaging workshops and one-on-one planning, she helps clients clarify their values and goals by first understanding the stories behind them.
Andrea lives in East Peoria, Illinois, with her husband, Russell. She’s actively involved in her church’s ROOTS program, which fosters meaningful intergenerational relationships within the congregation. She also volunteers in a community garden that grows fresh produce for underserved neighborhoods and enjoys hosting traveling guests through Furnished Finders. In her free time, Andrea loves traveling, reading, landscaping, quilting, and exploring new cultures.
