Throughout his career, Adam has been celebrated for his professional excellence and his advocacy for the financial services profession. He has run for public office, spoken at multiple MDRT meetings, and represented the industry on live television during a debate on Chicago Tonight on PBS.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Adam is an author and thought leader. His first book, MDRT @ the Office / Top of the Table @ Home, explores the importance of work–life balance in the financial-services profession. He is currently writing his second book, What About Joseph? 9 Lessons of Faith and Fatherhood, which reflects his dedication to faith, family, and personal growth.
A lifelong resident of Lake County, Illinois, Adam lives with his wife, four children, and three dogs. He continues to inspire others—both in his profession and his community—through his leadership, mentorship, and authentic approach to life and work.
