Joe Gautier is a Partner with a passion for building people-first financial services businesses and developing the next generation of financial professionals. With more than 11 years in the financial services industry—nine of those in leadership—Joe plays a pivotal role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. He works closely with prospective and new financial services professionals to understand their goals, vision, and values, helping them build sustainable practices aligned with both their professional ambitions and personal priorities.
In addition to career development, Joe works directly with clients to deliver client focused financial solutions. He takes the time to truly listen—helping individuals and families navigate retirement planning, tax considerations, and complex financial decisions with clarity and confidence.
Outside of work, Joe is a proud father to his two daughters, Naomi (6) and Tilly (4). When he’s not in the office, you’ll often find him coaching his girls on the soccer field, enjoying a round of golf, or making meaningful memories with his family.
