Wei is a Partner with WestPoint Financial Group, working with financial professionals to help them develop and grow their careers in the financial services industry. With extensive experience dating back to 2000, she supports the agency through seminars, advanced joint sales work and recruiting.
An immigrant from China who became a U.S. citizen in 2005, Wei has achieved significant milestones in her career. She received her Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF®) designation from the American College. Wei previously spent 12 years as an agent and six years as a partner at New York Life Insurance Company.
She holds a degree in Geography from Northeastern Normal University of China and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Northeastern Illinois University. Committed to community involvement, Wei serves as President of the American Northeastern Chinese Association (ANCA), is an External Advisory Council Alumni Member of Northeastern Illinois University and has been an active member of the National Association of Life Insurance & Financial Advisors (NAIFA) since 2010.
Outside of work, Wei enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and volunteering.
