George Kopsias
George Kopsias is a Financial Services Professional with WestPoint Financial Group. His combination of experience, professionalism, and access to a wide variety of products and services can help you meet your financial goals, estate strategies and insurance needs.
George is a graduate of DePaul University in Chicago where he is a double demon having received a bachelor’s degree in finance and master’s degree in information systems.
George started in the financial services industry out of college in 1992 working on the trading floors of both the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and the Chicago Board of trade for various options brokerage and trading groups. Prior to joining WestPoint Financial Group, George was a senior accountant with various fortune 500 firms in the greater Chicagoland area.
He is an active member of his church Saints Peter and Paul in Glenview and AHEPA, an organization geared towards promoting the ancient Hellenic ideals of education, philanthropy, civic responsibility, family and individual excellence through community service and volunteerism.
In his free time, George enjoys playing with and coaching his three sons in travel basketball and baseball. He also enjoys taking vacations and camping with his family.
