Paul DeCoursey entered the financial services industry in 1974 and has built his career on developing strategies for individuals, families, and businesses. With decades of experience, he continues to emphasize the importance of education and long-term relationships, helping clients feel informed and supported as they consider their financial options.
Paul focuses much of his work on supporting small business owners in protecting the investments they have made in their businesses. He also works with individuals preparing for retirement, with an emphasis on strategies designed to help maintain both lifestyle and legacy.
In addition to his professional work, Paul has been active in a number of community and alumni organizations. He is a past President of Highland Golf and Country Club, a board member of the Indianapolis Club, and past President of the West Point Society of Indiana. A graduate of the United States Military Academy, Paul is also Trustee Emeritus of the West Point Association of Graduates.
Paul and his wife, Carol, reside in Carmel. They enjoy spending time with their four children, seven grandchildren, and great-grandchild.
