Nikki has been a trusted strategic partner in shaping WestPoint’s culture and promoting its brand for more than fifteen years.
After graduating from The Ohio State University in 2007, Nikki began her career designing marketing materials for an insurance company. In 2011, she took a leap of faith and launched Pomp & Polish (P&P), a full-service graphic design company. Through P&P, she collaborated with clients and event production teams to deliver unforgettable experiences built on intentional branding, cohesive messaging, and elevated design.
Nikki brings a distinctive marketing approach that blends compelling visuals with captivating storytelling. Her vision and leadership have driven many of the firm’s most impactful initiatives, including the annual gala, high-end client events, and large-scale firm meetings. She also designed the new WestPoint logo unveiled in February 2020—a milestone moment that continues to shape the firm’s evolving brand identity. Today, Nikki continues to guide marketing initiatives spanning advisor and client experiences, digital presence, and internal and external communications.
Her design work has been recognized nationally, with features in HOWDesign, WeddingDay Magazine, and Borrowed & Blue. She has also earned awards for branding and suite design from the Association of Bridal Consultants and FiberMark.
Outside of work, Nikki enjoys spending time with her husband, Chuck, and their two boys, Parker and Oliver. She loves reading, traveling, and cheering from the sidelines at soccer matches or robotics competitions.
