Since graduating from The Ohio State University in 1998, Michael Sacher has dedicated his career to helping individuals, families, and advisors achieve long-term success in the financial services industry. His professional journey—from Cleveland to South Beach, Columbus, and Cincinnati, and from Guardian Life to OneAmerica to WestPoint Financial Group—has been defined by consistency, integrity, and a relentless focus on delivering value.
Over the years, Michael has found success as an individual producer, sales manager, and general agent by adhering to a few core principles: Provide genuine value and fostering trust that contributes to his success. Clients and advisors don’t come to be sold something—they come to be helped. Stay grounded in mission and vision, but never lose sight of core values, because culture is what defines true success. And finally, be different—in an industry full of similarities, uniqueness fuels both professional and personal growth.
Michael’s dedication extends beyond the office. He actively supports his community through involvement with organizations such as Ronald McDonald House, the ACLU, IRC, Habitat for Humanity, Toys for Tots, and Disabled American Veterans (DAV). He also serves on several boards, including the Jewish Federation, Children’s Hospital, Hillel House, and the Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO).
Above all, Michael’s greatest joy comes from his family. He and his three children—Lily, Lucy, and Maxwell—keep busy with sports, outdoor adventures, and plenty of bike rides and Transformers episodes.
