Marianne Speer serves as Senior Partner and Chief of Operations where she leads the firm’s operational strategy and execution. She is responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of advisor services, while also overseeing the leasing, relocation, and organizational planning of the firm’s district offices. Marianne plays a key role in shaping internal policies and processes that reflect and reinforce WestPoint’s culture and long-term vision.
A native of Beech Grove, Indiana, Marianne earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Indiana University – Bloomington. Her leadership is grounded in a deep understanding of operational excellence and a commitment to fostering a collaborative and service-oriented environment.
Outside the office, Marianne brings the same energy and enthusiasm to her personal life. She’s a die-hard Colts fan, devoted aunt always up for an adventure, and a rescue dog mom who never misses a chance for a long walk. An avid reader of historical fiction, she finds joy in stories that connect the past to the present – and creating meaningful moments with people (and pets) she loves.
