Prior to joining WestPoint, Earl’s career journey took him through diverse industries, from founding and operating NWP Films to working in sales roles with Cellular Sales, Cellular Connection, and Aflac, where he gained experience in supplemental insurance.
Originally from Murray, Kentucky, Earl has always valued exploration, which has shaped his multifaceted interests. He’s an avid member of the Michigan Audubon Society, blending his love of nature with his passion for film photography. Outside of work, Earl enjoys fishing, traveling, and capturing moments behind the camera. He’s also an enthusiastic Twitch streamer and a talented cook, often bringing friends together to share in his creations and love of socializing.
