Danielle Frady-Luna is an Operations Manager with over a decade of experience in financial services operations and client support.
A graduate of Wheaton College, Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in English. Her career began in administrative and customer service roles at New York Life Insurance and Jasmine Enterprises, where she developed a strong foundation in client relations and office management. She joined New England Financial in 2011, continuing through its transition to MetLife in 2015 and then to MassMutual in 2016, before becoming a valued member of the WestPoint team. Danielle holds her life and health license and Series 7 registration.
Outside the office, Danielle enjoys reading, savoring long summer days with her husband and children, and never says no to a large cup of coffee. Her thoughtful approach, attention to detail, and commitment to supporting both clients and advisors make her a trusted presence in the Lisle office.
