Allan Chhay
Allan Chhay is part of the WestPoint Financial Group in Chicago, bringing a wealth of investment and leadership experience to his role. A graduate of the University of Illinois (Class of 1996) with a major in Finance and Information & Decision Sciences (IDS), Allan has held prominent positions throughout his career, including CEO at No Rest Capital, Senior Equity Analyst at Relational Investors, and Senior Analyst at IronBridge Capital Management.
Originally from Cambodia, Allan is proud to call Chicago home, where he’s an avid supporter of the Bulls and Bears. In his free time, he loves tackling DIY projects and dedicating himself to children’s activities—whether it’s volunteering as a judge at Academic Decathlons and STEM fairs or serving on the board of his children’s school fundraising organization. Allan’s blend of financial expertise, community involvement, and passion for continuous learning shapes the way he supports clients and contributes to his local community.
