Jessica Pazerunas is the HR Operations Manager at WestPoint Financial Group, based in our Chicago office. She is the go-to resource for HR-related questions and is passionate about creating a positive and supportive experience for every team member.

Jessica is a graduate of Illinois State University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She also holds the Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential, reflecting her dedication to the HR profession.

Since beginning her career in 2007, Jessica has gained valuable HR experience across a variety of industries, giving her a broad perspective and a people-first approach to her work.

Outside of the office, Jessica loves spending time with her family and friends and enjoys building meaningful connections both personally and professionally.
