Robert Brooks
A North Shore native with over 30 years business experience, Rob is the go-to confidant and advisor to professionals, entrepreneurs, business owners and affluent families in the Chicagoland area.
The financial well-being of clients and their families, communities and charitable organizations is not everything; it’s the only thing and Rob’s sole focus. Developing strong relationships is the foundation of everything he does personally and professionally. Rob’s core principles are guided by the very personal experience of witnessing how his father and grandfather suffered after the loss of the family’s business. He has a keen understanding that our health, the various forms of money and wealth, and the overall state of markets are fluid, potentially putting our lives in an unsettling state of flux. Rob’s personal passion is to help his clients navigate through any potential challenges they may face. From young professionals to seasoned experts, entrepreneurs to business owners, to the ultra-affluent, Rob strives to provide a beacon of light through darkness, help to cut through the strong head winds we all face during market cycles and political and economic transitions. Rob comes to you with a staff that is dedicated to serving you, providing resources and timely information so you can make the proper long-term decisions critical to your success and sense of security.
An ’88 graduate from the University of Illinois with a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Rob still proudly displays the orange and blue. You are likely to see him in a yoga class on the North Shore, riding his cross bike on the Green Bay Trail or taking long walks around Highland with his wife, Abby. Contributing to his community has always been a part of Rob’s life—he enjoys fundraising for various charitable organizations. Rob and his wife Abby have three grown children, one out of college, leaving them just 10 more semesters of college to fund!
